May 31st will be our 3rd huge fundraiser to raise awareness and money supporting Mental Health and Suicide Prevention
We will be hosting several donation based classes along with many local vendors on our gorgeous patio from 8-12pm

KEttlebell bootcamp
This class will target the lower body. Building strength and shape in glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. Working on stabilizing core and some cardio.
Kettlebell Bootcamp is one of our most unique fitness classes. Using sport kettlebells to give you a full body workout along with a fusion of cardio and body weight drills.
Power Hour is instructor’s choice for programming each class. Combining mindful movements involving HIIT, strength conditioning, calisthenics, plyometrics, Yoga, and Pilates in a lightly heated class.
Strength Training is a lightly heated class designed to allow you to learn and/or challenge lifting a heavier weight with proper form and no cardio.
YOGA SCULPT
HOT POWER VINYASA
Hot Power Vinyasa I is a set sequence that combines static poses and flows with a modern twist to the traditional practice of yoga.
A perfect class for taking time to disconnect and reset and sweat.
Yoga Sculpt is a low impact heated class embracing constant challenging movements to sculpt and tone the entire body.
