Welcome to NamaStay Fit
NamaStay Fit is a warm, community-driven yoga and fitness studio dedicated to movement, healing, and connection. Born from the desire to keep a beloved community together after an unexpected gym closure, we offer a space where students of all levels can grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Our studio features infrared-heated classes, helping the body warm gently from the inside out. Infrared supports increased circulation, deeper flexibility, faster muscle recovery, detoxification, and a soothing sense of calm. Students often experience reduced stress, improved mood, and a greater mind–body connection.
At NamaStay Fit, you’re not just attending a class—you’re joining a supportive community that prioritizes well-being, resilience, and whole-body transformation.

Soulful Sunday Sound Bath
with our very own Diana Mot. Settle into deep relaxation with our restorative Sunday Sound Bath. This gentle experience uses crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing sound frequencies to help quiet the mind, release tension, and reset your nervous system for the week ahead. All levels welcome—simply arrive, get comfortable, and let the vibrations wash over you.We host our soundbaths once a month on Sundays. Please check our schedule Mindbody for our next one.
Savannah’s Voice
May 2026 will be our 5th huge fundraiser. Raising awareness and money, supporting Mental Health and Suicide Prevention
We will be hosting several donation based classes along with many local vendors on our gorgeous patio from 8-12pm

Heated Mat Pilates Fusion (offered during fall & winter) Unheated Mat Pilates (offered during summer & spring)
A mindful, full-body Pilates class in an infrared-heated room, blending classic mat exercises with props to improve strength, flexibility, and core stability.
Power Pilates with Cardio
A dynamic Pilates class with cardio intervals in an infrared-heated room, designed to boost endurance, tone muscles, and elevate your heart rate. Lots of core shaking pulsing movements that will leave you feeling connected and strong.
A fun, low-impact sculpting class that uses precise barre movements and gentle infrared heat to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling energized.
Power Hour is instructor’s choice for programming each class. Combining mindful movements involving HIIT, strength conditioning, calisthenics, plyometrics, Yoga, and Pilates in a lightly heated class.
Strength Training is a class that will challenge you. Designed to allow you to learn and/or challenge lifting a heavier weight with proper form and no cardio. Focusing on progressive overload each week.

HOT POWER VINYASA
Hot Power Vinyasa I is a set sequence that combines static poses and flows with a modern twist to the traditional practice of yoga.
A perfect class for taking time to disconnect and reset and sweat.
Yoga Sculpt is a low impact heated class embracing constant challenging movements to sculpt and tone the entire body.
